Why does my car shut off when I turn on the air conditioning compresser kicks on?

Hi it could be a number of issues one is that the A/C compressor is seized ...but if its working then the throttle body could be dirty enough to were the IAC motor it's not adjusting to the load ..but I would have the compressor checked first

I have a 2012 Chrysler 300 limited edition the AC be on all day then later when u get in the car the air don't come on
