Slightly mist

Have you set the spark plug gaps correctly ? What spark plus have you fitted , For the best results only fit the genuine Motorcraft spark plugs. Is the Odo reading very high. Have you checked the spark plug leads ?

From our own experience, use the Ford recommended Motorcraft plugs. Fit a new air cleaner element. Check also for a damaged fuel return pipe back to the fuel tank as it restricts the fuel returning to the tank and it will build up excess pressure at the injector rail
