Hi all m having a ford bantam roc am 1.6 engine, it looses power while driving. I changed the cylinder head, engine rings,spark plugs, fuel pump, plug cables but still doing the same thing, what could be the problem. Have any of u experienced this issue before?

What spark plugs have you fitted. The must be the Motorcraft Plugs from the Ford dealer parts department. The NGK won't work. How about the cam timing . Have you set the cam timing correctly. One tooth out will make a big difference. Also What is the fuel pressure at the fuel rail by the injectors. Is the fuel tank getting ventilated properly. Check for a damaged fuel feed pipe.

Try changing your petrol brand. Most Petroleum brands in South Africa receive their fuel from the same source. ie Engen will use their additive and others use theirs. With the exception of Total. Try filling up with Total next time. Had a few instances like this. The problem went away
