WHAT DOES SAFE 2 MEAN ON THE RADIO DISPLAY

RADIO WENT INTO THEFT MODE.... IT MEANS RADIO THINKS IT HAS BEEN STOLEN IS THERE A FOUR OR FIVE DIGIT CODE IN EITHER THE FRONT OR BACK OF THE OWNERS MANUAL (OR AUDIO MANUAL)? IF NOT YOU WILL HAVE TO GO TO A DEALER TO GET THE CODE.

what year is the car? is it the cars original radio? do you have the safe card on the owners manual?\ depending on this info we can help...
