64 VW torsion front suspension

The left fender is almost on the rubber of the tire but the right fender has a 2 inch space. What do I do
to make it even?

replace the Front suspension. Also check to see if anyone changed the Factory specifications{Cut & Weld}. The individual bars often break, putting abnormal strain on the remaining bars,which cannot hold the weight.

Thanks, that is a thought, but where can I get a 64 torsion bar front axle. To buy new is over $300.
I installed a retrofit kit {Shocks with Springs} on my 72' Ghia, but it had a negative effect on the lower Ball joints, which kept failing. If you can get the Link-Pin suspension, the retrofit kit may be a good option
