how to know if clutch is out, put it in gear but wont go, fluid is full but clutch isnt stuck to floor, its acually hard to press down

A "hard" clutch is a common problem. All clutches require some amount of force to depress fully. If you have to press hard on the pedal, there may be something wrong. As far as the clutch pedal actually "sticking to the floor'? Not that I'm aware of...A "spongy" feeling clutch that doesn't engage until you've let you foot all the way off of it definitely is a sign of a clutch going bad.
