I would like to know what causes a bopping sound from my rear end when on rough terrain. Som have asked me to check shock but those are good, what else could it be?

probably because it's just old and could be heavy at the end. or some loose stuff attached to your car.

You didn't mention the year of your Camry, but I'm guessing you have an SE model. I own a 2003 SE and have heard "thumping" on the most mild of rough terrain since I first bought it. This is normal for the SE suspension components, or so I have been told. I found that installing a "softer" tire helped tremendously in reducing the noise.

i have a 94SE. the rear struts are blown in my car and it makes some bopping noises on any terrain. depending on how old your car is(or how hard you beat on it)your struts may be losing pressure. not the end of the world

Check d rear suspension bushings.

i would replace the rear sway bar bushing mine did that same thing an ya if the struts are ok then those bushings should fix your problem

8 times out of 10 it's the rear sway bar bushing, shocks are very common to go on camry's but the bushings that are the culprit!!! I work in parts and I sell these like candy .

do a jounce test on your car . if each corner rebounds more then once then you have a bad shock. i had a shock break off on my eagle once. luckly it had leafs in the back.
