98 Mustang GT 4.6L. I opened radiator cap and it was hot and a lot of coolant came out. What damage have I done?

Probably none, just top off again with coolant. The real danger is scalding yourself, BADLY...all due respect hope you learned that cardinal rule of never pop a hot radiator cap.
