Why do so many F150 ads say moonroof/sunroof when they do not have one? Who checks the accuracy of this fake news??

Thanks! For your reply, I like Car Gurus over Auto trader as it is much much easier to use! I was curious if there is a way for Car Guru to OVERSEE the validity of an ad as people travel sometimes a distance to save several thousands of dollars only to find out the vehicle is not equipped with the options that are stated (ALM-Motors) and I assume this is why the rating of great deal is placed by Car Guru. Hopefully someone can look into this matter as I am sure there are people who would consider legal action (not me - and not a threat) Thanks again-Rich Piepho Monterey Ma.
I have noticed that dealers post ALL the options a vehicle could have and post a disclaimer that says the vehicle may not have all the options. This is also a way to game the system so they can claim a higher value than the car really has. As always Caveat Emptor!
