İ put in a new relay and my fans still don't work,something is draining my new battery altnator is fine,when I start the car my lights come on even though the switch is on OFF 2003 ford focus 5 speed

are the fans any good ? do they come on with the A/C or at any time when motor gets hot ? if you hot wire them do they work ? be careful feeling around down there the plastic blades can get razor sharp , is the headlight switch bad ?

is power getting to the relay or fans ? do you have a multi tester ?

Yes it's getting power to both

like I said do they come on if you hot wire them ? If they have power and ground and still don't work then they must be bad , in normal conditions they won't come on till the motor gets hot , some of those little 4 bangers can take a while
