Thats about it its like something is clogging or o2 senser is going out maybe glogged catalac converter is cloging.?
I've seen a couple of rockers break the bolts or eat up the pedestal due to a lack of lubrication. Yeah - it's time for a Pro. BTW - Oxygen Sensors don't cause misfires or sputtering.
Check your coil pack and also camshaft position sensor.
