reseting side view mirrors and windows just changed battery

I just changed my battery recently and now my mirrors and windows are not working properly now they are working its just the windows once you hit the button to raise them they wont go up by themselves and the side view mirrors will not stay at the setting that i have them set at, they change everytime i get out of the car....need some help guys i know its a little one but would appreicate the help.

Heres what you have to do. Drive the windows ( all 4 of them at once) , all the way down, then all the way up. Repeat this procedure atleast 3 times. The should now have been "auto tuned " back again :) If you still have problems, do it five times. Depending on the modell. :)
