You mean for the SID unit? It's caused by a faulty connecting ribbon from the unit to the LCD. After checking out some I tried taking it out of the dash, and putting foam between the screen and the connecting ribbion to apply pressure, took about 30min and achieved about 95% restoration. I'm looking at getting a rebuilt unit now...
