95 Honda Civic wont start. It's a used car purchased 4 years ago.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The battery died. Replaced battery, Engine turns over but won't start. Is there some type
of anti theft system ?
I loosened fuel line, fuel is pumping. connected an LED to injector it appears as if it is
switching. Connected a spark plug externally. It is firing. Not much left.

I'm no expert, but do you think it could be the alternator or even something wrong with the crank shaft?
