problems wit a lil tapin noise

I got 1989 Chevy capric I had a head set job done hydrolic lifters oil pump timim chain
water pump and it has a small tap what's wrong

a lifter could be sticking, also a rocker could be to loose or to tight, usually with a head job I recommend running the car for about a hundred miles then reset the rockers and the timing. make sure oil level is not to low or to high
