I have a 2001 Chevy Impala the passenger turning signal does not work but every other light works what could be the problem???

Both bulbs are blowed,or you have a bad blinker switch.

have all new bulbs but front right blink fast but back right don't work just on passenger side! driver side work fine

Check the back right socket that you place bulb into ,it may be burned up,
