transmission making loud knoking noise

I have a1996 Chevy Cheyenne 1500 v6 I had my transmission rebuild  but then in like a month after it starred making a loud knoking sound in the bottom of the truck by the transmission and won't go over 30 miles wat can it be need help the guy that fixt it got lost never seen hime again.wen I hit the gas its knoks loud my ingine is good

Something went wrong with the transmission rebuild. (Yeah, Duhhhhh) Return it, if it can make it, and just tell them to call you when it's fix PROPERLY this time.

The mechanic was a local guy never seen hime again got me good don't know wat to do can't afford a shop to fix it too much money
