This seems to be a common problem I have a 2001 and a 2005 both do it tried replacing radiator cap didn't fix the problem.

My 98 Dodge Caravan is leaking water, but no puddling, and no mater how low it gets the van does not over heat. I have changed out the water pump twice and the thermostat but still have the leak.
