I have changed the bulb socket and plug, I checked the fue and relay, I
checked for wire break as back as just behind spare tire. Before I look any
farther is there a control modual for this and if there is where is it?

Need more info. Post year, model, sub model and engine size of car. All I see is Dodge 1500
