2012 ram 1500 crankshaft position sensor.

My truck a 2012 Ram 1500 with the 4.7 is not
starting. It will turn and sometimes act like it
want to turn over but won’t start. Had the
battery and alternator checked and had it
hooked to a diagnostics computer. According
to the mechanics the crankshaft position
sensor was starting to go out. I installed a new
but it still won’t start.

It may be a wiring issue to the sensor. It would be good to check the connector for proper ground, power, and signal.
