Dodge Ram door wont unlock

My 2012 dodge ram passenger door will not
unlock with key pad or manully. It started only
unlocking every now and then. Now it wont unlock
at all. I tried to pull inside handle to open and the
handle broke. The autoshop i took it to told me
they couldnt fix until i get it open. How do i get it
open?

may still be under warranty, take it back to the dealer, my advice to you is to take your automobile to your local shop and a qualified technician should be able to diagnose the malfunctioning door lock
