what might cause h3 to sway at higher speeds ? 90k shocks?

06 h3 sdvenrure w 90k miles. sways at highway speeds.  Im thinking time fot
shocks

Could be shocks,tires,or even bad sway bar bushing,s.

Have you put new tires on it. I put new tires on it and had to replace thin for that reason!

I have a sway in the rear end when going faster, and I also have a code on the dash saying stab system maintenance and traction failed what would that have to do with the swaying?
