Doesn't treat right from a dealer

I bought a 2017 MBZ E300 from a dealer but they don't give the second remote key which they promised to me.

Your issue is between you and the dealer, not this forum. Suggest you go past the salesman and discuss this with their management.

A used car usually has second key. Especially a M B! Sometimes the person who traded it in did not have it or lost it. Also if it is a M B certified pre owned it is part of this certification. Try talking to the general sales or used car manager.
