Need help finding the right car for myself?

I'm 16, and will soon be getting my
license. Along with the license, I
need a car. I play field hockey, and
travel a lot and need something
dependable because who am I
kidding, if I broke down I would
probably just trying turning it off and
on again like my cell phone. Anyway,
I also need something with a good
mileage, because like I said, I am 16,
and I don't have a professional
paying job unfortunately. So along
with that, I want a spacious car.
Something that can fit a lot of people
or a lot of junk. Aka field hockey gear,
my brothers sports gear  when I need
to drive him and all my school stuff. It
needs four wheel drive. I live in
maine. Our seasons here are winter,
winter, construction from what winter
broke, and winter. Too much snow to
have a car without 4wd.
Most importantly, I need something
with a low price. I'm not talking like
$100 but staying near 6,000
And under with a used vehicle from
2009-2014 would be great.
