Buying from a dealer of a different brand

Question type: General

I’m considering buying a Honda CRV drom a Nissan
dealer.  Won’t get the Honda warranty if I do.  It’s a
used car with low miles.  Is this ok or a bad idea?

CRV is a pretty good reliable vehicle. Have it inspected by a qualified mechanic before you buy, just like Tom suggested.

Buying a used car from a non manufacturer dealer is ok! However it is still better to buy one from a dealer who is more familiar with it and would service it correctly using only oem parts. It may be a little less expensive in the short run. However, In the long run it may end up costing you more in repairs and upkeep.
