Question type: Shopping & Pricing

Yes, car values change, but changing them after a
few hours isn’t what builds customer satisfaction.

This just happened to me, I even dropped the price to get a good rating to sell faster. Now its back to a fair deal? someone please explain!!!

I was watching a car that was listed as OVERPRICED by $4200, the next day it was FAIR, above by $1? The used Car's value jumped $4199? I know it's a hot market, but this is insane.

This is all about comparing prices with other cars for sale, nothing more. If you don't like it then wait a couple of years for prices to level out.

It’s just something that has to be accepted. Value does change by the day depending on many factors. My car is fair one day, then overpriced the next. Yes, many times it automatically goes up to a great deal or good deal without changing a thing. But for instance, just yesterday’s $7,000 good deal is now today’s overpriced deal. You just have to flow with the changes of the market no matter how drastic they are. In the end you know what’s a great deal, so stick to your guns, but yes, avoid the sudden overpriced nonsense by adjusting the price so that you’re always in the green. It takes just a few seconds anyway. Good luck to everyone. Happy car selling or buying.
