Truck doesn't easily shift into reverse?? What could be the problem?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When shifting into reverse it diesn't always reverse unless you shuft
again and then it'll move. What could be the problem?

It might need a fluid and filter change. Maybe an adjustment while the mechanic has it opened.
