got my bake breaks done pads and rotors and one month later my calipers siezed and and wore out the parts i just replaced is that the shops fault ? Should they not have serviced or lubed the callipers if need be ? or is this just my bad luck?

Also have them check the small rubber hoses going to the calipers. These tend to collapse internally. When this happens the brake fluid can't release pressure properly which makes the calipers not release. Seen this many times specially shortly after a brake job.
