2004. 1.3 Ford Bantam not starting

Hi al
I have a 2004 Ford Bantam. It does fire from 1 to 4. And has
petrol. But still do not start. I tried doing a diagnostic with
Delphi OB2 but it does not pick up the vehicle.
Any advice please?

Hi Ford Fanatic. I have checked the gas where the inlet and outlet connects to the common rail. I have seen that the gas comes out strong when I unplug the return.

Yes I have opened the tapped cover. It is a.1.3 Rocam engine. The timing chain and camshaft looks good. I have turned the engine to TDC. And checked timing marks.
