My vsc and check engine lights came on this weekend

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Shortly after leaving the house my vsc and check engine lights came on.  The
car began to vibrate.  I immediately returned home. Car continued to vibrate
while in park with break on.  Just put 4 new tires on, had an alignment, and oil
change.  Car has 171k miles, excellent condition.  Putting in shop today.  Any
idea what may be going on with the vibrating, vsc and check engine lights?

With vsc and check engine lights on following tire replacement on the rear of my vehicle, removed the negative battery connection for one hour for a system reset and the indications are removed.
