Toyota FJ40 Gear levers

Hello,
Do you know if the Toyota FJ40 ever came in some sort of special edition
with 3 shift gear levers?
I saw a similar question here and that was for the optional winch.  The car
that I am interested, the third lever is no where near the optional winch one.   
I don't know exactly what year the car is.

A PTO option was available so maybe the third lever is for a PTO. Try Specter Off Road for information.
