My 1986 Camaro wont start and isnt getting any power to the interior lights, radio, or rear hatch. I tried jumping it and nothing happened. is it a blown fuse or something else?

Sorry for other answers did not fully read the question. I would check battery voltage and battery connections. I believe yours has the side post battery and if they are original they probably need a good cleaning. Had to replace mine. Also check the negative battery connections on the frame and motor.
