my steering wheel vibrates after i go above 60mph

Could be a combination of things. Bad brake rotors(worped, bad tie rods and unbalanced tires.

First thing is to check to see if the lug nuts are all tight. Then take a close look at the tires. Feel the tire tread with your hand, you are looking for any irregularities of flat spots. If the tires look good, take the car to a tire shop and have the wheels balanced.
