no it would go on all gears but with the car in idol then it would in gage slow wen I changed oil it was very dirty

now wen I put it on drive you feel the jury like it in gages bit then let's go and I hear the trany like spinig like it grabs bit no force

So it is basically doing what it was doing before the fluid and filter change ?

ok before I changed the oil the car would move but wen i press the gas for a wile then it would go slow then I changed the oil and filter it was bad now it feels like it's gona go in shift but doesn't now wen it starts to roll down hill and I put it on low gear it grabs good but not on drive or revers it just like bumps once u put it on d or r but don't ingadges

no before it would at least move on drive and reverse with me pressing on gas peddle it would start to move slowly then go after I changed oil filter it feels like it grabs then let's go someone told me some pressure silinoide under the pan I just wish someone that knows better can give me an idea

Do not think it is the shift solenoid going by what you are saying sounds like you are just to late in changing the fluid and filter the damage has already been done. Anytime a transmission starts to shift bad changing the fluid and filter very seldom corrects the problem. The only thing you can try with no promises add some Lucas Transmission Stop Slip may work or may not but it is worth a try. Sorry for having to give you some bad news.
