Just purchased a 94 EB. Previous owner removed the catalytac converter.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am having the truck transported from FL to AZ.  Previous owner removed the cataytac converter.  Not sure what else was removed emmisions-wise.  Phoenix has very strict emmisions.  Looking for an approx cost to repair the emmsions if only the cat conv was removed.  Already fornd the part for $80.  Not sure how labor intensive it will be.
