My 94 ford explorer has power lock doors...im trying to figure out why does it blows the fuse when i put a new fuse...it blows it in 10 min y could it be

Has to be a short somewhere in that circuit that is overloading the fuse. You'll have to trace the wiring harness from the fuse block to the doors with a multimeter checking for circuit continuity.
Could also be a problem with the motor operating one or more windows. If you insert a new fuse and it blows without using any windows the problem is in the wiring. If it blows while operating a window the problem is somewhere close to or within the motor itself.
