If you've changed out both cylinders and can't get it into gear, it sounds like you will have to drop the tranny and do a complete clutch change. Clutch plate, pressure plate, and throw out bearing.......

Could this be a linkage problem?...examine the transmission and motor mounts for decay/separation...this may cause the problem of hard shifting~

Firstly,I thought it may be from gear oil but then Thought it's manual gear and car's mileage is 124000km
