Oil problem

So my husband changed the oil in his truck almost
2 weeks ago. He's driving it today and check oil
light comes on. He ends up being 2 quarts low.
Filter tight. What could cause that?

Either he did not fill it with the correct amount of oil, there is a big leak or the engine uses oil. Clean or replace the PCV and top it off and keep an eye on the oil consumption.

Have somebody else change the oil next time and I'll bet the problem will be solved.
