Sound,s like short in swicth or lose wire to swicth.
Your window may be putting pressure on a wire and pulling it out of the connection just enough to not allow it to activate. The door panel needs to be pulled off and observe the window operation and what it makes contact with. It also may be twisting the window frame and pulling the wire connection away from the locking mechanism.
