Is the code PO455, large evap leak, anything to worry about? Also it keeps saying to tighten fuel cap on the screen. How may this problem be resolved?

It is if you live where you have to get your vehicles inspected. It's almost never the gas cap. It's most likely going to be the vent valve or charcoal canister.
