You may have a wheel bearing or drive shaft bearing going out. Have an expert in drive train repairs look at it. If you have an independent automotive repair shop you trust, go to him for a look see. If you go off road or use the truck for construction, there just may be some damage or junk causing some of the issues.

Changed the wheel bearings and hub assy but it is still doing it. It is 4WD and front transfer case has fluid. It is not nearly as noticeable at higher speeds.
