98 crown vic. Heads light flicker on & off. I have replaced the LCM 3x's. What else could be the problem?

Sounds like you got a wiring problem, and the lights flashing on and off is the circuit breaker coming on and off. Check the wiring for a short to ground on power wires.

I have a ford crown Victoria 1999 lx model my headlights want come on at all the way the wireing is good & fuses they said I need to get a box that controls the headlights hazard light & etc sit like under the stering wheel any suggestions or name of the box
