It should be on the passenger side before the tire. It should be a plate over it. You will need to remove it to replace it.

I still have problems with my Thunderbird and im stuck. I have changed plugs,wires,rotor,rotor cap. The car vibrates pretty bad in park ,1st and 2nd gears can anyone tell me what else could be wrong. Help!

If your car vibrates like that the check out the drive shaft first. Second check out your mounts.
