Get a clamp meter that is capable of measuring 25 DC amps. With all accessories turned off, and doors and trunk closed, place the clamp meter caliper around the RED battery cable. If the meter measures over 400 milliamps (.4 amps), then there is a "parasitic" load which is draining the battery. Let's say you measure 3.5 amps on the meter. Start pulling fuses until the meter reads .4 amps (or less). You just isolated the short circuit! Look at the fuse panel legend to see whats causing the unwanted load (drain).
