I have a 2002 Ford tuarus SES and when I crank it up it'll idle to 2000 and slowly dies it won't stay on ...someone told me it could be the control module but idk can u plz help

That was a good guess. It's called the Idle Air Control Valve (IAC) that allows extra air into the intake to increase the idle speed. When it fails, there will be a code P0505 come up on the scanner. So first scan for problem codes before replacing any parts.
