Car turning off at lights stop signs changed alternator Belts fuse

2005 Ford Taurus tidal wheel was bad
replaced that with a circle and a serpentine
belt same day that AC compressor went out
added a bypass belt change the alternator
same day it burnt three belts in a week and it
keeps stopping at stop signs or when I slow
down to a light not getting enough power
they say the battery is fine what can possibly
be wrong with this vehicleat stop signs or

When you were replacing belt you have to physically spin each pulley and feel which is locking up. It could be the tensioner pulley, Idler pulley, water pump pulley (which I doubt), power steering pump.These are the accessory drives that cause it! The crank and cam pulley would not lock up. So check and apin each pulley and make sure theres no sharp edges
