power stearing and EFI service

Honda dealer recommends power steering and fuel injection cleaning service again but nothing seems to be wrong.  I had these done 20K miles ago about 2yr 3mo.  

I looked at owners manual but it doesn't say how often I should get these things done.  Is it more based on mileage or time?

How often should I do them?

No, one will agree on this. Read a couple hours worth of online forums and check for yourself! "EXPERTS" much smarter than me contradict each other. Regards
