When I start my car it revs to the limiter. I just put a
different engine in it. I looked all over to see if it
has any vacuum lines off.

Make sure the throttle body butterfly is closed at idle. Check it before you start the engine again.

    doesnt idle rough, but the engine seems loud when idling and driving. Wondering if its engine related or muffler/exhuast? Doesn't seem to be exhaust..... sounds like its just a loud running engine.
