Vibration under load and in park as RPMs rev

My Dodge Ram 1500 van is vibrationing as the rpms rise in Park or on the road under load. It does however subside as it shifts to higher gears.   Theres no noticable miss or noises   just the vibration

the same thing happened to mine it is a 01 with 35k orig miles, the tranny cracked and was spouting oil after a month of driving with it vibrating, so i replaced with a used tranny and changed rear u join as well, no more vibration hope this helps
