Still may be a fuel issue. The 4.3 notorious for injectors, spider lines, & regulator leak. If any one of these are detected, it is recommended to replace all as an assembly. So you need to do a fuel bleed down test with a fuel pressure gage. Fuel pressure should be 56 to 63 lbs. With the pressure gauge hooked up in line, cycle the key several times to build up the fuel pressure. Then with the key off, watch the pressure gauge. It should not drop more than 5 lbs. in 3 minutes from the last pressure. If so, and the fuel pressure itself is good, replace as described..
